Ordering
Please complete the entire order form so that your products can be shipped without delay, and that if necessary, we can contact you promptly.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS within 3 days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the estimated time of arrival.

Cancellation
If for some reason you must cancel, please contact us at customerservice@sandandsilk.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded.

Returns
Because these are personal care products, they cannot be returned. Please read product descriptions carefully, since all sales are final. If, however, your products are damaged in shipping, you must retain the unopened product, original shipping boxes, and packing materials and contact us at customerservice@sandandsilk.com within three days of receipt. We will then contact you on how to proceed.

Payment
If paying by check, the order will be shipped after your check has cleared.
